Due to the privacy laws
we cannot provide a loss run request unless it is on the insured’s letterhead
signed by the Insured
In order to provide timely
service of Loss Run requests the following information is required:
If the loss run is
requested by the insured or agent the request must be on the insured’s
letterhead, signed by the insured and instructions as to where to
send the loss runs. Include the policy number with the request.
If the request does not
contain the correct information, it will be returned to the requestor.

A screen will appear with
the contact information which will include, contact name, fax number
and/or email address. Send the insured’s letter to the contact and they
will forward the loss runs accordingly.
If the policy number is
not known or the search brings up no contact information, email the
insured’s letter to lossruns@everestnational.com
or fax to 908-604-3526 and the loss run request will be forwarded to the
correct contact for processing.
