Approved Texas Amusement Ride Inspection Companies
This document lists all Texas amusement ride inspectors approved by Everest to inspect amusement rides meeting the requirements of Texas Administrative Code 28 TAC 5.9001 – 5.9014. This code requires all amusement rides meeting the definition in the ‘Amusement Ride Safety Inspection and Insurance Act’ to be inspected each year by a Texas Qualified ride inspector, approved by the general liability insurance carrier.

This model program provides sample policy statements, forms, and guidelines for companies looking to implement a Return To Work program or strengthen their own program.
